I downloaded this PDF format of a bike manual a while ago. It is pretty useful especially in a country where there is so little support. Maybe a few of the riders with experience in bike repair and maintenance could even do a little workshop before rides now and then to help newer riders keep their bikes riding smoothly.

Yes, that's a good one to have. Thanks for sharing. We did a basic maintenance workshop a while ago and we should do it again.
Hani, oh yea we should. You should especially teach me how to tighten the brake tension again. It's a bit loose on the fingers :s Riding Degla this Friday? Maybe we can adjust it then.
