We are yet to finalize the artwork, but the attached picture shows a design that is very close to what we plan to have. I welcome any suggestions on the colors or logo placement.

This is something I can't pass up! I'll take one as well.
We're working on the design and I will let everyone know when we should expect to get the jerseys. It might take a few weeks because of design and proof work + shipping.

We will only have 12-15 jerseys made. Final cost is not concrete yet since we have to account for shipping and customs, but should be around $45 (L.E. 250)

It is possible to also order shorts, but we need to have at least 5 orders to be able to have the company customize them for us.

Thanks Hani, does it have to be custom? I tried ordering shorts from Fox Racing but they wouldn't accept a non-US credit card eventhough I was going to ship it to an address in the US. I don't have the ship & shop Aramex thing set up & don't know if will have it set up yet. Is it worth it?
Well, for this particular order we have to order a specific number because this company specializes in custom sportswear apparel and they have minimum orders.
Are you ordering from the Fox website? try looking for the shorts on Amazon (which takes international credit cards). I have a shop'n ship address that would be more than welcome to use (their shipping charges are anything but cheap, though).
I will take one of those jerseys, too! Size medium please.

You could also check a European dealer for the shorts. I'm looking into the details of placing an order with chainreactioncycles.com right now. They have really reasonable shipping rates to Egypt and their prices are decent. They also have a huge selection.
They require you to fax some supplementary info to verify that it's not a fraud order.
I'm still not sure how the import tariffs here in Egypt work and no one else seems to know either! So, if anyone knows when and how the tariffs are charged, that would be a big help to me.
There is a 32% import tarrif on imported apparel.

Thanks Hani for your continious help. Yea, I did visit the official Fox website, that's where I tried to place the order. I visited pricepoint as well, found the same shorts I wanted at the same price so opted for Fox, but after finding out they don't do non-US credit cards I dropped it altogether. Would love to take up your offer but I honestly want to avoid paying as little as possible for extra shipping costs; stingy, I know

Yeah - that is definitely a possibility. I am planning on putting through an order really soon, so let me know. I'm just wondering where I pay the import tax - do the collect it at my door or do I have to pick up the package at a post office?

Depends on what they use to ship internationally. As far as I know if it is something like USPS, you have to go clear it yourself. If it is Fedex, TNT or DHL, they do customs clearance on your behalf but charge you an arm and a leg.
I need some stuff too. How about we do a group order and ship to my Shop n Ship account? If we split shipping it would be reasonable (depending on what we need to order, since heavier items will cost more.)
